Richard Wilkie founded SGP Web Design in 2003 after a very successful career in pharmaceutical sales. Richard Wilkie worked for 2 of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Eli Lilly and Wyeth, where he was a regular top performer.

Ultimately, despite the successes and financial rewards, Richard Wilkie decided to follow his dream of running his own company in the field of web design and desktop publishing, areas in which he was highly skilled and so Richard set up SGP Web Design in August 2003.

Richard Wilkie quickly enhanced and adapted his skills to the ever changing, dynamic world of web design, learning Photoshop and Dreamweaver.

Richard Wilkie lives in Steyning, West Sussex. Richard has been in a long term relationship for 4 years. Richard has a 15 year old daughter, Thea Louise, who lives in Norway and is 'dad' to his partner's 5 year old Daughter Katja.

Richard is interested in enhancing his web site optimisation skills and, as well as being an exercise in vanity, this page is an experiment to see how well Richard can optimise this web page for the search term Richard Wilkie.
